I just took home an OCD V3 tonight. I'm running it through a 5:50 1x12.
I played a lot of pedals (ts808 reissue, maxon, seymour duncan tube thingy, boss, and others) (my budget was <$200) and I saw that folks here really liked the pedal so I eventually tried it and was very impressed with its dynamic range and eq knob.
I used to just use a seymour duncan pickup booster for clear gain, but this thing is great. I'm glad folks here mentioned it, I didn't really know much about it -- nor did the folks at GC know all that much. It feels like a whole new amp, the clean and blues channels on the Express are much more complex sounding from the both OCD and the preamp section of the amp generating low-medium overdriven tones.
