whats with loop 1 on the RK 1? Is it the FW knob with the loop knobs in the channel back knob controls? cant get mine to work and I really want to plug a pedal into loop 1.

I use a 6 string Gibson gothic for my full tone drop. I use D'Darrdio 13's but when I tune down another step to play our Chevelle cover all those strings get too loosey and the pitch sux. Any suggestions for what guages to use? I hear the big strings are better but I am not familiar with those.

I get no sound from my loop 1 of the first Roadking. I really dont understand the manual on it. Does it need an effect that has its own power? I want to plug my H&K Replex (delay) and analogman bi chorus into the loops but loop one wont work for me. ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!

Budda makes an excellent wah pedal with true bypass. As far as rack stuff or multi effects I wouldent know. I use a Hughes Kettner Replex (tru bypass), Analogman Bi Chorus (tru bypass) the Budda wah and a Digitech whammy which I wish had tru bypass! sorry about your misfortune

Any of you ppl ever use a talk box? There are the hiel talkboxes (which I hear need to have the amp's speaker output) and the banshee by Rocktron (plug in line like a pedal which has true bypass) Any other way to use either out of a mesa's outputs or inputs?

actually it was the slaved Rivera that made the RK brite. So a while ago I took the riv off and my big deep sound is back and no eq needed.
