I think you overlooked that google language services, alta vista, or whatever you used failed to mention that 松長 (Matsunaga) is actually a last name.

Of course, it has no way of knowing that, and attempts to traslate each character individually. Silly translation things...

I learned from The Killer-Jerry Lee- when he flamed his piano. Another real musician from south of the Manson Nixon line.

I haven't updated my "profile" since joing the board....my band has been defunct for about 2 years now. We played the Boston area club scene for many years doing the standard "college bar cover music"....got burn't out after a while.

Since I'm presently not in a band, I guess I can't in good conscience, accept your "real musician" compliment.

BTW - I have cousins that live in Mississippi - Ocean Springs (neart Biloxi). I had a good time visiting the river boat casinos a few years back (too bad the hurricane destroyed them) and threw back several cold ones with the good southern folk down there. Its a little too hot in summer for my taste, though...

Tuna, you're right -too hot 94 and humid right now. Yes the coast is a mess still, I live in Hattiesburg and the eye passed over us. Tore up a lot of hundred old trees and lifted lots of roofs. By the way, all of this fema money talked about never made it to homeowners in my area. Very little aid in Mississippi, mainly the news covered New Orleans.
Strange since most of the real damage was in Mississippi, not La.
I believe you have fullfilled the requirements of a real musician.

Pssh, you should look for the MarkIIC= schematic instead, much better tone and less harsh on the top end.

I have found out that replacing the output tubes with 8417's and rebiasing gives a much less harsh sound and 125 watts rms output.
