Thanks guys!
15 minutes and counting.
Already read the manual cover to cover eight times and being that I've already owned a Mark IV I should be able to tweak this thing without much trouble.

^^^im sure he will be, I have a roadking and it has been my main amp since 2007, the mark is so different than the rec, the rec is a bigger sound, the mark more focused, tighter and more usuable gain, for those who say the rec Is too boomy or flubby will love the mark, those who say the mark is too ice picky and thin will love a rec, as far as blending them for recording they blend beautiful, unlike my riadking and Electra dyne that blended just ok for my tastes. The other thing that has been a huge surprise to me is how the mark feels to play through. It feels so much better than my rec to play. But don't get me wrong I will be Laid to rest with my rk.

Well, any doubts I had about this amp were laid to rest last night. Wow.
Every channel mode was an amp unto itself and I have to say that I really liked each one. I'll wait a day or two more to post a proper review because I'm afraid I'd just sound like a gushing idiot on a honeymoon today.
I really like this amp. There. We'll leave it at that for now.

I didn't feel it was lacking any bass. It may sound very focused compared to my old Roadster but as it turns out the over abundance of bass was one of my main reasons for trading back into the Mark series.

Almost forgot the obligatory N.A.D. pics.

Holy cowbell Batman! Crunch mode with the mid boost is a dead ringer for a Diezel VH4 channel 3.

Hearing that just made me a very happy man, thank you.
