Hey fellas, I'm wondering if my mark III will fit in this, it's 10" from front to rear rails.

Also, anyone ever order one of these or know someone who did? The prices are really low on these but I'm worried I might get what I pay for.

Also, should I get a shock mount case if I'm taking the amp on the plane and/or shipping it overseas? Does shock mount make a big difference compared to standard ATA cases?

Sorry I forgot to say that this is for a mark iii chassis sitting in a mesa rackmount kit.

Yes, it will fit. The rack adaptor measures about 10 inches, but the rack ears are one inch in, meaning that an inch (the part with the "Mesa/Boogie" logo) will stick out in front of the rack rails so make sure your rack lid can take that inch. Most racks are built that way and you should be fine.

Thanks so much man, as long as it's not too long to fit between the rails I'm ok.

Ah, and I actually clicked on the link you provided to look at the case. It is exactly what I have mine in so you are good to go:

...and I would get the shock mounted option if you are taking it anywhere. It doesn't hurt.

Wow, what are the odds. :)
How are those btw?
I'm a little disappointed as they don't ship to canada, but I'm sure I'll find another one somewhere.

I've never used racks myself, but after asking around on various forums, it seems the concensus is that in the face of brutal airport and postal abuse, even shockmount cases won't help. :(

I got mine on eBay from a company called DJK... in Canada.
