Mismatch?

I am going away tomorrow to do some session work, I am in the studio from first thing in the morning until very late at night.
I normally use a Boogie MK V with two 1x12 cabs both loaded with 16ohm tonkerlites (wired in parallel)

Would it be safe for me to take one 16ohm cab?
This would mean it would be a mismatch, if so would it be safe running it for 4 continuos long days?

You'll be fine with a 16 ohm cab plugged into the 8 ohm speaker jack.
