I can't seem to find where to plug it in inside my RKII! I don't know a thing about these tubes. Is it safe to play the amp with one missing?

It would be "safe" to turn the amp on and try to play without it,but the amp will not function properly,if at all.There should be an obviously empty tube socket where it goes,take a closer look.

One of them is really hard to find because its behind the output transformer on the left side(when you looking at the back).

Actually, on the RKII at least, two of them, V1 and V2 are behind the transformer.

True... but V2 is at least visible when you look.
