Hey all,

I see this attenuator Im looking at-:

http://www.ultimateattenuator.com/

Its got a fixed 100V AC tap on its output, claims this protects amplifier components and tubes.

Is plugging my electradyne into 100V AC safe for the amp?

This box looks REALLY familiar for some reason, but beyond that, I know nothing about it. Maybe contact the manufacturer and see what the warranty on the unit is, and if their warranty also extends to equipment plugged into their unit. It would suck if it fried your amp and they didn't cover the repair/replacement costs!

I don't have any experience with variacc or reduced voltage, but I've not had good luck using attenuators on channel switching amps.
