I use the MXR Kerry King with my Roadster Combo. It works great - really boosts and shapes your tone nicely. It can also drive 2 amps. The regular MXR 10-band is also a good EQ. Do a search on this Effects forum for other posts on EQs - there is alot of good info.

Thanks for posting your settings. I just got a Roadster 2X12 combo and love it. Always interesting to see other settings- nice for comparison purposes. I didn't see an EQ in your pic - it is a great addition. If you have one - it would also be nice to your settings.

I fully support adding an EQ pedal. I have the Kerry King 10-Band EQ and it's great. Also gives you alot of flexibility shaping your sound. I have it in the loop. Check the posts in the effects forum - alot of good info. on using an EQ.

Yes - since you can use the Kerry King EQ with 2 amplifiers - it has a 18v dual power supply (included with the pedal).

I posted another post on the Zakk Wlide OD - how do you like it? I thought it was very noisy. But - I was interested in it - I got an Ibanez TS-808 instead. Do you like it?

There are several posts that confirm this - a good EQ pedal is phenomenal. I have the MXR Kerry King 10 -Band. It has gain and volu me boost. Tightens your Bass and gives you alot of flexibility. I think a EQ pedal in the Effects Loop and a good OD pedal in front is amazing.
