Problems with my Roadster's clean channels, I need your help

Yeah, but it's just the result of the problem, that's what I experienced for the first time. If ch#2 is selected, and I turn up and down the master volume of ch#1, the volume of ch#2 is going up and down. Like the the two clean channels weren't independent.

Question about preamp tubes for Roadster-Advice needed

hi folks, I've got a Roadster amp, which will have JJ KT77 tubes in it. I mostly play AOR, rock, hard rock, fusion kind of music, I rarely play metal. I need a tight, modern, high gain sound, with some british flavour, with more, open mids, and a singing voice. Eliminating the fizz would be...

    KT77s or EL34s for my Roadster ?

Hey folks, I own a Roadster head, using it with a 212 Recto cab. I need a tighter, more singing kind of lead tone. I don't like the fuzzy sound of ch3 or ch4. I'm about to try other power tubes than the TAD 6l6s, which are in the amp since I bought it. so, 1. which is the better for me...

Different Vintage 30s in Recto cabs, 60w vs 70w

thank you guys for your replies! It would be cool to A/B an older and a new mesa cabinet. If all goes well, I''ll go with a brand one, since the used one isn't too cheap, and it doesn't come with the casters.

Different Vintage 30s in Recto cabs, 60w vs 70w

Thank you for your reply ! I'm not such a metal guy, so I need all the mids that the normal v30 can serve! :D just kidding ... Almost all the guitar sounds I like ,there are normal v30s in the cabinet.(I assume that , because they're using new cabs with v30(like Vai, Luke, etc) this was a...

question about early Roadsters and pop-noise

So, you mean, after cycling through the channels , I can eliminate the pop as long as I turn the standby on again? or it can be there again when I'm going from clean to dirty? If I'll be able to try one in a shop, will the pop issue appear immediately? (in other words, can I be fooled by...
