Ibanez, don't you have the Tremonti pickup in one of your guitars? If so, how do you like it through your Mark compared to your other pickups?

I'm kind of wondering what pickups to go with too. I like the Dragon II's in my Custom 22 but thought a little more output would be good. I just installed a set of WB custom pickups, UV20's, and although they are alright, I think it's not what I'm after. I should have my Mark IV any day now...

I guess I'll keep my RKII. I can't imagine being unhappy with an RKI though! :D Good friend of mine has a Soldano SLO100 and he loves it! I have to try it out someday. I've been playing for about 25 years too, and I got rid of alot of gear I wish I wouldn't have! Hindsight 20/20 :roll:

I would say I play mostly metal. Try to make up my own stuff for the most part. I just ordered a set of WB custom pickups for it (from the recommendation of redmax61 in another post of his). The Ultraviolent 20 set. The Dragon II's in it just aren't hot enough for my taste. I like the open...

Well, I thought I would share a few pictures of the guitar I waited almost a year and a half to get. PRS Custom 22 Violin Amber Sunburst Artist Package. It was tough to get an accurate representation of the color because the finish reflects so much light.

I think I'll give it a try when I go to get one. Glad you're liking your MarkIV. I should have mine by mid October. It'll be my second one. I had one back around 93-94 and loved it. Should never have gotten rid of it. At least my new one won't have any smokey smell to it. Just new Mesa!
