I'm getting a noticeable hum on my MKIIB when I bring the EQ into the equation. Any particular caps that can be replaced to help?

I used to have one somewhere, if I can't find it I'll do a gut shot sometime this weekend.

very clean triple rectifier, works and sounds killer. The only problem I've had with it is the FX switch on the big 5 button footswitch isn't working right. The fx loop is still able to be remotely activated with a separate simple latching footswitch into the 1/4 jack on the back of the amp. It...

sorry for the long delay. I have been using other amps lately and didn't have time to look at it... just an update, I located the relay and capacitor in question. No way is replacing this "cake work" IMO :lol: looks like to me you'd have to remove the whole board, pots, tube sockets...

My lovely MKIIB is having problems switching channels. Mainly that it won't. :( It works perfectly fine in the clean channel, but when you use the pull switch or a footswitch it makes a buzzing sound and doesn't pass a signal anymore. It sounds like the relay is getting stuck or something...

mine is a 5 pin midi cable I think
