Wow your right!
The demo clips sound pretty **** good. The features look great also. I like the on board power soak.
Not their best looking amp though.
Between the ED and this new amp I wonder how long before they discontinue the Stiletto.

Thats the coolest thing about all the web sites . They all update on the opening day of NAMM . I was wondering what they would release and now we know .

This is kind of an interesting move. I'm surprised there aren't switchable modes on channel 1. Why not the vox top boost from the TA?

I'm really excited about the power soaks... I bet they get this right.

That's a step in a positive direction, Boogie! I've been looking ahead to the future, thinking what kind of Marshall I will get after getting my Roadster combo; but with amps like that coming out, ain't no need for Marshalls. I absolutely love spring reverb too!

I'm going to have to get that 3rd job now....

"Hello sir...can I take your bags up ?"
or
"Would you like sauce with that ?....."
or
"Hands in the air !!!....nobody does anything stupid...nobody gets hurt !!!...."

Hopefully never until they can't get the right parts no more. They all sound different from one another...

Sadly everything goes eventually. This would be a great amp to add to their lineup.

If I read properly, the TA uses one or two pairs of EL-84.
The RA uses 2 pairs of EL-34.

I just noticed it today!!! I think it's the update to the Electradyne that's been rumoured for a while.
Kinda Ambiguous, really. It does share the Clean/Lo/Hi modes from the ED, along with the same reverb/FX loop circuit, while it has the Atlantic line badge. It does not have a Simul-Class power amp like the ED, but a Class A/B like the TA-30. It looks industrial like the TA's, but it's higher wattage, like the ED.

Possibly a TA-30/ED Lovechild?

Agreed. The headcab is FUGLY. Shoulda gone with the full metal chassis like the TA series. Not a fan of the panel layout either, it kinda reminds me of a Peavey, or a Randall head on the front. But the TOANZ are all Mesa!

This new amp looks very interesting, I'll be sure to check one out when they become available here. Looks like an Electra Dyne with separate mode controls.

Unless it sounds better than in the clips I think my ED is safe...
