What Mesa has the best cleans?

I had a Transatlantic TA-15 back in the day... thought it had great cleans. Cool amp, wish I would have kept.

For me there's no best. Mk1 is lovely. Mark 2b/C+ have awesome clean sound as does early Mk3. 3CH Dual rectifier has tencency to sit in a mix very nicely, it is always present but not pokey plinky plonky i.e. you can saturate it a little to get some compression while still sounding clean. If I would use clean I would perhaps take the Dual Recto. I find it just too complicated to set an amp for both clean and dirty especially with 2 amp configuration. Some amps have 2 channels which are in different phase so you'd have figure out how to solve that issue and managing the levels would be a nighmare.

Funnily enough, the Road King II manual says that Fat Mode came from the original Boogie, and I think that the Multiwatt Rectifier marketing material said that its Clean came from the Lonestar. As far as I can tell, the MW Clean is Fat Mode. I A/B'd the Mark V:90, RK, and MW cleans several years ago.

I think they're both right: the Lodestar is probably dialed in with the OG Mark Fat Mode: Volume, and Tremble boost both pushed in and the Bass Shift pulled. I did a video on this awhile ago. Skinny clean is just the Mark sound with regular settings:

You didn't mention the Blue Angel, but that's probably their best clean ever. Single Channel Non-Master Volume with El84 or 6V6 or both output section. It will get mean if you want but the cleans are to die for.
Yep. Sadly, there is no dedicated section for Blue Angel. Better forum conversations and tips on other forums, sadly. I've asked for one here, but no response. There's so much more to Mesa than 95% of the traffic here. I've spent a couple years monitoring the forums regularly but there is rarely a post in the last couple years on the amps. I really do think it's a lack of dedicated forum space here for those amps.
