I was happy with it before, but man it sounds like a dynamic, versatile, rootsy tube amp now. Only one issue, the Lead Gain is pretty much useless. I will continue to tweak the tone a bit, but I am pleased with myself for sure. What I did, and am not entirely done yet is remove all of the extra signal path wiring and transistors, revoice the Lead channel tone stack, and remove the fixed tone stack after gain stage #2, add adjustable bias for the 2.3v and - bias lines, and replace all the worn out pots, as well as put some new knobs and different knobs for the Lead gain and EQ section. This is all after I retubed, and put in a Weber British Ceramic 55Hz Mueller coned speaker in.
