the TC is actually really easy to use but the dl4 is definitely a good pedal too. if he only really uses one type of delay i would take a serious look at the h2o... its a very smooth pedal and the chorus on it added tastefully will add that much more. man im making myself want one... would 3 units with delay in it be overkill? :twisted:
