Thiele speaker swap

Good day all and thanks in advance!!!

I have a newer 1x12 thiele cab with the MC90 black shadow in it. I have an old 1980’s EVM12L that I want to put in it. My questions:

What should I use for mounting hardware?
Do I need a gasket of some sort?
Anything else I should know before I proceed?

Any advice from someone who has made this swap is appreciated.

Recently have done the swap. The Thiele is front loaded and using the existing screws worked fine. IIRC there was only 4 for the C-90 and these were simple wood screws into the plywood. The EVM is certainly heavier and I thought of using additional screws but it seems to be fine with the 4. No gasket, no noticeable vibration. Good luck
