We re-did the vocals on a few songs this weekend. 2 of them are mostly done and up on our myspace page. The recording engineer re-mixed the instruments and what not. I think they sound better and all have more clarity than before.

Honest opinions of the singer is much appreciated as he's always wanting to know what he needs to work on (because he cares and the other singer didn't).

I think the vocals could have been a bit louder in Terrible then fiction.

Anyways, the mesa wasn't used on these as they were recorded a while back when I was using my carvin V3. I'm predominantly panned to the right.
 
Alternative huh? I remember when that meant an alternative to the mainstream. Not sure what it represents today.

Songs are too generic for my taste. Sounds polished though. Maybe the masses will like it. :wink:
 
haha yeah we started off with a lot of generic radio friendly songs that got us noticed quick and were easy crowd (meaning bar owner) pleasers to get money in our pockets to record with.
