Ok, I would like to know what dial settings I should have everything at when I power up my amp in order to maximize longevity. Should all the volumes be at 0? What about the pulls?

I just turn the power switch to on and leave it in standby for a few minutes to let it warm up. Just before I put the standby switch to on I turn all the effects on. I guess it wouldn't hurt to turn the Master Volume to zero before powering up but I'd leave the rest of the settings alone. I'm far from an expert though.

Makes absolutely no difference.Until you put the signal into it with the guitar the amp is just idling.Just be sure to have it in standby for a few minutes when you turn the power on so the tubes will warm up to operating temps.
