SCREAMINGDASY !!!! screamingdasy !!!!

Sorry for being a bit off topic but; I don't know if your ever gonna read this but if you do, I noticed your interesting way of restringing your guitar (your epiphone goth-I've got the exact same one), is there any particular reason for it? Had to grab his attention somehow :p

I did it because I saw Zakk Wylde's done that way and wanted to try it out. I'm used to a Floyd Rose, so I didn't like how my hand rocked over the saddles when muting, but when I strung them backwards I found I had a lot more area to roll my hand on, which is the reason I left them that way. Other than that, it lowers the string tension a little (making bends easier), and puts less of a breaking angle on the string over the saddle (reduces breakage, but also lowers tuning stability slightly). Some people say it increases sustain (you can screw the tailpiece all the way down), but I didn't notice any change.

As of right now it looks like this

'85 Gibson Explorer
MIM Fender Jazz bass
Takamine G330
Lucida Artista classical
60's Harmony Lap Steel
Mesa/Boogie Mark IV
Mesa/Boogie Dual Recto
Mesa/Boogie Recto 4x12
Line6 POD 2.0 w/ floorboard
my pedals and other junk

I just sold my '78 Gibson Les Paul Standard (that had work donw by Zakk Wylde's guitar tech) and my ESP Eclipse II to make room for the custom shop ESP Eclipse I have on order.

Gentlemen,

I will post a pic later:

1. 2003 Mark IV Combo modified w/EVM12L speaker and Canare GS-6 for speaker wire (veteran combat tour Afghanistan June-December 2004 - thinking about sending a pic to Mesa Boogie)
2. Keeley Compressor
3. Dunlop Wah
4. Visual Sound H20 pedal - wired through effects loop
5. 2002 American made Strat set up S/S/H with EMGs
6. Canare GS-6 cable w/gold contact Neutrik Plugs (self made)

LavaMan 2 questions...
1.) What do you think of your Mark IV? What styles do you use it for?

2.) Which Dunlop wah do you have exactly, what do you think of it?
