No sound with new Roadster Dual Rectifier :(

I just had a new Roadster Dual Rectifier yesterday and it worked fine until now : there is absolutely no sound, just a HUGE buzz (decreasing the send level of the fx loop reduces the buzz, but I am unable to hear my guitar). Any idea ??

maybe a bad tube (is its possible that a new tube can be bad)

be sure ur cables are correctly connected and working (including the speaker cable)

if u have active pickups make sure the battery works

make sure u have your channel volume up


suggestions may sound dumb but you never know!

+1 elimate all possible causes...guitar and cables and then focus on the head. If it's new everything is still under warranty.

For some reason after 30 minutes it went back to normal. I will check with Mesa Boogie what it might be. This is my 2nd amp (the first had a noisy fan) and I am concerned this buzz might show up again...
