I paid $ 590 for a long chassis Green Stripe head. I have come across enough MK III's not to buy, but this is the very first Green Stripe I had ever heard and it took about 1/8 of a second for the sold sign to go off.
For some reason it's more towards a refined MK IV tone, but with a bit more cut. The cleans and R2 are IMO, unreal.
As with any amp, it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
