MarkIIb preamp tubes. Which one sets the tone of lead chn.?

I want to experiment witch preamp tubes in my mark IIb and I just bought: 4x NOS RFT ECC83 (12ax7), 1x NOS RFT ECC81 (12at7), 2x JJ ECC83. RFTs are cheap in my country: tested RFT ECC83 NOS cost less than JJ ECC83. :lol:

I know that 12at7 goes to to V4 (reverb). V1 is important because it's in first gain stage. What about V2 and V3? Which one is for lead channel?
