Is this a c+

Sorry if this isn't allowed but I'm looking into trying to get a c+ combo.

This one has a serial well below the usual 12400/500 starting point for c+'s and it looks like there is no + marked above the power inlet.

Any thoughts?

No, it is a Mark IIC, no + sign above the electric cord means it is not a C+. Even an amp with a serial number above 12500 has a clear + above the cord. I called the store that has it listed on eBay and informed them of the error, nobody should get taken, thanks for inquiring.
