How do I find out when my DC was made?

I have 3 DC's and I would like to know the age of them, and the revisions.

DC-2, serial # DC2-03444 - Black Taurus tolex, no EQ, Contour

DC-3, serial # DC3-00781 - Grey Taurus tolex, Graphic EQ

DC-5, has not arrived yet, recent Ebay score.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Somebody must know how to find the date their Mesa was made?????????????

I was wondering the same thing but I think logic would dictate that if you contacted Mesa, they'd be able to tell you. I just haven't gotten around to it.

I was emailing with mesa boogie crew and they give me the year made of my studio 22+ only by the serial number.
It was born in 1990

I hate to keep bugging them with stupid questions. People do that to me all day long. By the end of the day, I'm frazzled.


I was hoping there was a website that listed them like Fender Amp Field Guide, or a methodology to their Serial #'s Like Strats.





Oh well, I can always call them.
