when i left for work this morning it was at 300 with 12 hours left.
now... its at 960?

its just the power section of a mark IV, give or take, right?
 
They are great, I love mine. But that price is ridiculous. If you look at the bid history, it seems two bidders were fighting over it. It got out of hand quickly!

Yup, it was a "bidding war" between 2 people that really wanted it. It's easy to get caught up in the bidding. I bet the winner has a little buyer's remorse for overpaying, unless he/she has tons of cash to burn.

How come this never happens with my auctions :cry:
 
I wish they were more common in Europe.
I would love to get my hands on one but they are virtually impossible to find here.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't really want to deal with the uncertainty of the handling during shipment and the difference in current since it doesn't have a 220v option. I appreciate it though.
