Good day! Odd Triple Rectifier inquiry.

Hi! First post in this forum.

Anyway, I recently acquired a used triple rectifier. However, it didn't come with tube protector or the silver back panel that's supposed to be screwed in to "protect" the tubes. I visited the Mesa Boogie store but I don't think they have those in their site. Considering they have a chair for $100. :lol: Anyway, do you guys think its worth to replace the missing piece in amp or should I stop worrying about it? Does the new Rectifiers even come with those?

If it's a bedroom queen, don't worry about it! If your gigging every weekend, throwing it in cars, etc, etc, I'd get a replacement!

If you're handy at all you can make something yourself for a couple bucks and a trip to the hardware store. It doesn't have to be anything special. Just straight and the correct length.
