DC-5 and Dual Rectifier Tubes

So here is what i currently have for tubes in my DC-5 and my Dual Rectifier and they sound amazing

7/10 - So I changed my tube configuration because my blackplate became microphonic

V1 - NOS Sylvania 12AX7 Grey Plate
V2 - JJ ECC83S
V3 - JJ ECC83S
V4 - JJ ECC83S
V5 - NOS Sylvania 12AX7 Grey Plate (Improved the Reverb substantially)
V6 - NOS Phillips JAN 12AT7
Power - SED 6L6GC Matched Pair

Dual Rec

V1 - NOS Sylvania 12AX7 Grey Plate
V2 - Tung Sol 12AX7 Reissue
V3 - Tung Sol 12AX7 Reissue

What do you think the NOS Phillips adds tonally? More gain or more tone?

The 12AT7 in the Phase Inverter helps keep them cleaner at louder volumes. I wouldnt recommend it so much for bedroom volumes.

The clean channel gets louder before wanting to break up, and the lead channels just need slightly more gain dialed in to sound good.

How is the reverb improved, is it warmer?

The reverb knob has much more control, and the reverb decay is a lot smoother
