Hey just curious what stripe was your MK before the mod?
Mine was a blue before the mod.
I bought it with the mod done to it already and called Mike B to confirm.
I played a red stripe at Mesa Hollywood, and I do feel my IIIC+ has a tighter gain sound that isn't quite as umm.. i dont know how to describe it "fizzy"? "muddy"?
The red stripe sounded great and it did have good definition but I felt the one i bought had even more definition for chords.
I notice you own a blue and a III C+

How would you compare the III+ to your blue?
