If you kept all of his e-mails..I'd report him to EBAY. Let them know he thought it was stolen and then just 30 days later it magically reappears. The guy is an a-hole.

It looked like a good project amp to clean up. It is a ratty looking C+ but I could have gotten it in much better shape.

On the + side. I did find another ratty C to keep me busy. It was originally a C upgrade to a C+ in 1984-85, meaning the RP11A board was installed which is what they did back then for free. It also had the X101 transformer in it. That one is currently under the knife at Mesa.
Mike B said he knew the amp. It was on his list of upgraded C+'s.
The cabinet it came in was horrible looking but the chassis was fine, much better than this POS. No dog chewing marks or scratches on the EQ.

Yeah it was pretty interesting to see the x101 tranny in there. it didn't have the selector switch but it can be wired to 240v if necessary.
