Boss GT-6 through Rectoverb FX loop

I only use the GT-6 for effects, so I prefer running it through the effects loop, which I have always done w/ my other amp (5150). I set the effects levels on the GT-6 to 100% & the mix on the Rectoverb's loop to about 50%.

The delays sound great, but I can barely hear any of the modulation effects (phaser, flanger, chorus, etc)

Any suggestions?

Try this
Guitar >> GT6 in
GT6 loop send >> front of amp
Amp FX send >> GT6 loop return
GT6 out >> Amp FX return

Once it's hooked up, then you can start experimenting with effect placement. As you know, the effects can be placed in any order.
