Hi all. New guy here with a question for you Mesa experts.
I recently bought a used Boogie Studio 22. It sounds and works fine as far as I can tell. However, when I re-tensioned the power tube sockets recently I noticed that the circuit board is a discolored brown where the EL84 sockets are attached. Is this normal? I've read that EL84's run hot. And I recently had a power tube red plate on me [a *new* set of Mesa tubes, in fact ] and create a nasty smell.
