Has anyone experienced problems (customer service, cheap components etc) with any of the aftermarket vendors/companies that make replacement Boogie footswitches? I remember awhile back that one Board member had a horrendous time getting a replacement footswitch.

I think it was primarily with VoodooMan Switches. The guy behind the company wasn't able to fulfill orders because of some family issues, but left his customers hanging, so they were mislead into believing that their money was stolen. There's a thread about it here somewhere, look it up.

Yep, Voodooman it was, as someone informed me. I tried like hell to to find the thread but couldn't locate it b/c I had the wrong name. Thanks and take care!

Here's the link, if you've got a lot of time. Biggest thread I've ever seen. I own a VooDooMan switch for my TOV. It's great. Too bad about all the drama.

noticed voodooman switches available on Ebay - contacted them to determine if they were in stock and was told yes. all the drama was about ordering/paying and never receiving - i think anyone who got their switch was happy. if they got it. i am considering getting one for my Mark IIIs.
