Anyone tried the Brown Sound Tone Tubby or other of their speakers in the Mesa amps?

Was gonna try one of those and an older Altec-Lansing or EVM just for fun.

Maybe build a separate cab with diff speakers in them.

Rick :?:

PS,,I wrongly posted this in the effects forum earlier....

In my Mk IIC+ I did (and still have) the EVM and of course I had heard that the Altec was the coolest/most rare vibe. I finally scored a vintage Altec and really didn't like it. For my ears its was more brittle and harsh than the same era EVM. I haven't been able to try the Tone Tubby line as they are a bit pricey. I do love the hemp cone Eminence Cannibus Rex in my Fender Deluxe Reissue (and of course a toallly different amp but I get the hemp cone vibe, it's certainly worth checking out if you've got some bucks to experiment with..
