UK distributor Westside Distribution, ok we pay hrough the nose for our Mesa's over here but the mantra of Mesa in USA has always been customer service, somethimes that can be lost when products cross the pond!
I had an issue with the footswitch which I raised with Westside, they said best thing was to send the amp back for checking over, I responded saying could I at least try a new footswitch cable first, two days later it arrives!
Asked for a price for a MV headshell, got the e mail next day, pretty good.
Had a niggling question over impedances, rang the guy and he said he wasnt sure and would get back to me, rang me back an hour later with the answer!
Pretty good, have to admit, when I had a blackstar they didnt even respond to the e mail I sent them :lol:
Bearing in mind this is a distributor and not a retail store I think its top drawer!
