Yes!!! Thats what I did. With a EQ you can really shape the tones and cut the high's.

Its all about the speakers, and what type of music you play! I'm a celestion guy. I dont mind the 75 watt speaker in the marshall 1960's, but the cabs are a crappy build.(for what they cost) for a few hundred more the mesa cabs are built WAY better. I use celestion 65 watt front mounted...

Even something all black with silver piping would do... I have the speakers I want to use. I cant find a cab with silver piping. (maybe AVATAR?)

It doesn't look right with a normal black mesa cab? Its the "Zink Bronco" Tolex, almost to much silver. Any idea's? I only have about 500 bucks to spend, TOP's!

+1! I just pickup the MXR 6 band EQ, WOW! it really helps with the tone shaping on my stiletto for heavy rock!

I AM KEEPING THE STILETTO!!! I tried out OD pedals for about 9 hours at my friends house( he owns just about every OD pedal there is.... I traded for 2 pedals.. for what ever reason the "British sound" OD sounded really, really cool. and also the TS-9... the Maxon 808 didn't sound great to me...
