I just picked up a pair of the KRK Rokit Powered 6 Generation-2 this weekend and was very impressed with the sound, Much better than the Fostex PM 0.5's I had, Plus it was Buy 1 get 1 Half off at GC.

They were released early 2009, I think for the Mark V. Some has one and posted in the modern section 2-3 months ago.

I had a Multivalve (older version of the now Xpression), I didn't think it was that bad. The G-major 2 sounds realy good (I had one for a few months) may be a little more easy to use. Maybe try a Eventide timefactor you could put it on the shelf in the rack.

When i had my GM2 i could switch between all 3 channels on the Mark iv no problem

FWIW I went from a small rack with a G-major 2, GCX, and Ground control pro to the Timefactor and moved everything to the floor. I haven't looked back since and i really love the Timefactor. My next step is adding midi to the setup (Axess CFX4 or Voodoolab Pedal Controller) and a midi board...

I also use a Boss NS-2 right after my tuner, and wouldn't gig without a noise gate

yes you can, store your sounds and you can do midi maping with your presets on your midi controler. Also the TF gives you 100 presets and the effects are amazing. I love mine and forsee it staying in my setup for a very, very long time.

The replifex has channel switiching its just like the multivalve - the tube. Run a Y cable from the switch out the back of the replifex, 1 end too rhythme 1 and 1 too rhythme 2. you may have to experiment with R1 & R2 or R2 & R3. see which channel the MIV defaults to, I think you leave the mode...

It is safe on the Mark Iv as well as some of the older mesa amps, I know that a lot of the Triple Recs and newer amps you cant because each channel needs a designated ground. I was able to switch all three channels on my mark IV using a Y cable and a G-major or a Rocktron Multivalve. Here...

I think the Timefacter sounded better then the G-major 2 FWIW
