Ground Control & expression pedal advice needed

I just picked up an older Ground Control pedal. The one with only 2 rows of buttons.
I wanted the Pro, but this one was $80 and that fits the budget much better right now!


Any advice????


Also, what is a good, reliable, affordable, hopefully made in America expression pedal?

Ernie ball pedals usually work great as expression pedals.

Roland also makes a bunch.
