Where is there an amp repair in NYC?

Hi. I want to mod my effect loop of my DR 3ch and live in NYC. Is there a reliable place where I can take it to get it done? Thanks!

In NYC, 48th street between 6th and 7th on what's called guitar row are three good music stores man. sam ash manny's and rudy's, you can also try 30th street(between 7th & 8th) guitars. if they don't do amp mods on site i'm pretty sure they can direct you to someone good who does.

thanks. i emailed rudy's, they seem to be the ones who do amp repairs. 30th does guitar repairs only (according to their site).

during my lunch break if i don't hear from them i'll give them a call.

if you are looking for an authorized repair place as to not void your warranty i suggest brooklyn guitar and amp wellness center.. google it, there are two other places in manhattan that are authorized, one being armens repair shop (VERY SHADY WIERD PLACE!) and the other being A440 music, which normally has a 3 month waiting period.


turn around at brooklyn wellness center is like a week normaally
