where is george / what happened to my topic about it ?

wow ! this is the first time I get a thread deleted on this board ? why ? what is happening ? looking for george and trying to understand why he is not here anymore ? is this forbidden ? what board rules am I not following to, please ? I'm not selling sunglasses or anything, just trying to find / locate one of the best and helpfull members here, who seems to have disappeared all of a sudden ?

I received an email from George today (AND i suppose MANY others did as well) that was 731 words, the part that I pasted from it below has me very interested. Before I rally to re-instate him I really want to know what is being kept from me. PM is fine and I will keep it in confidence if I have too. BUT I am not in the loop and I have been a part of his life here having purchased a few items from him and written many posts including him in my banter etc. I hae sent him gifts and considered him a friend and trusted Boogie Board comrade. I too am puzzled what happened here. He has always been a GREAT member in my view.

Russ, I agree with you 100%. I really hate the way things went down. This thread will probably be deleted as well. I'd give it a day, at best. :shock:

well, I am happy to see my thread still up and hope that maybe we all can ultimately learn something from what happened ? this is a great place to hang out and as a boogie addict has proven to be my one-stop for all needs. having been admin myself in other forums I keep on finding it highly admirable how ned is doing this pretty much by himself, so maybe the question to all would be what they can give and not only get to keep and maintain this a great place, in on the one hand helping ned, on the other hand getting george back asap ?

George has been invited back. There are basic rules to every online forum, break them and you are gone. I've found it best to make sure the same rules are applied to everyone - ie no favorite playing. At this point it's up to George if he wants to come back.
