Where can I find a NOS RFT 12AX7 tube?

Well... I've tried the RFT in V1 and V3, it definitely makes the biggest tone difference in V3. I'm recalling loving this amp now. I'm now able to play without constantly making adjustments, I can finally "set it, and forget it". Thank you for everyone's advice on the RFT tube, it was certainly the missing piece of the puzzle.

RFT 12ax7s can be bought from many of the NOS tube dealers. IMO it is a dark tube, and I only like it in v3 of my mark III. It is too dark and lacks detail for v1 and the PI.

also, another tube to check out is the mullard cv4204 12at7. I really like it in the mark III. At least to my ears, it sound the "best" of the many tubes I have tried in v1 and the PI. Even better than OS long plate 12ax7 mullards and rca black plates.
