Volume pot 50 caliber

The volume pot is fubar on my amp and it has been changed already once. The person that sold it to me changed it my question id should it be audio taper or linear because it's linear right now. I alway thought for volume you would be better off using A taper pots.

Broheem, I looked through every Mesa Schematic that used the 591048 pot and not one stated whether if it was Audio or Linear taper. I did at least find the part no. on the .50 Cal +, so I would call Mesa and buy it direct.

The ones I have give the part number to every pot, knob, slider, switch, light and knob.
