Volume loss on clean channel

Just got my Stiletto Deuce stage 2 last week. Everything seems to be fine except there is very little volume on the clean channel. I have output set at 12 noon and have to turn the master up to 2 oclock before I can get decent volume out of it. Any help would be apprecitated.

I had a similar problem a few months back and it was a bad phase inverter tube.

I fixed the problem! Turns out it was a bad preamp tube in V3. Probrably damaged in shipping. I thought this amp sounded good before. Holy %$#@ it sounds freakin awesome now!!!
