Volume Drop On Triple Rec.

I have an older two channel triple rectifier that has been having some volume drops on the orange channel. Both clean and distorted. The red channel seems to be fine when I play that first, but if I am starting off with the orange, it seems to effect the red when I switch to that. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a preamp tube problem. Try getting another preamp tube, and swapping them out one at a time until the problem goes away. It has to be either V1, V2, V3.

V1 - Input stage for both channels
V2,V3 - Secondary stage for both channels - distortion
V4 - effects loop driver
V5 - Phase inverter
