My band is considering a new vocal processor/multi fx rack unit. Most units that I have seen have a left/right input that I hope will suffice for 2 channel inserts (lead vocal and 1 backup vocal)...will this work well? All we are wanting is a compression and reverb effect from one unit. So far the TC Electronic m350 is the leading candidate but many of the reviews that I have read say that it causes an unacceptable amount of hiss/noise. I am not sure of the skill level and technical knowledge of those reviewers, but I also don't want to spend money for something that we'd be better off without. We are currently using a digitech vocal processor pedal for only the lead vocalist...and it causes a lot of noise. The lead vocalist needs a limiter or compressor on his mic because he has a very dynamic vocal style. We're not screamo or even hard rock, so just something that squashes the signal a bit would suffice. I really liked the m350's price tag but I realize that you get what you pay for in the processor world. Hope there's something out there that I've overlooked that someone will enlighten me about.

Thanks in advance!

Im also interested in "supporting my voice" units like the VoicePro or the VoiceLive from TC.
Would be good to hear some opinion.
