Hey, I have a simul class Mesa Mark 3 Purple stripe Combo that I got a long time ago. I took it to a tech as the power supply died and he put in a fender power supply and 6550 tubes. The amp was sounding great but about 5 years later the clean and the lead channel got very thin almost like a transistor radio (this was about 6 years ago). After many failed attempts by many a tech over the years im reaching out to see if anyone can give me someone who can make her work like she did in her prime. I live in Trinidad in the Caribbean so I would have to pull the chassis and ship her out. Any advice?

Bummer, the power tranny was replaced. At least you still have the 100 OT!

The best advice is to send it directly back to Mike B. at Mesa, so he can completely restore the amp back to health.

What does that pot on the power filter board do?
