Video of my Triple Rectifier being possessed

It is making a very strange noise ONLY when the tubes have been warmed up. Tried taking it to mesa but i couldn't reproduce the issue and they turned me away and said everything is fine... Could this be preamp tubes or power tubes or something more sinister? Im pretty sure it could use a fresh set of 6l6's and 12ax7's but am kind of strapped for cash at the moment and just need to sell this thing working. If anyone is knowledgeable enough about this just by this sound Please halp! Thank you!

Fixed the issue. It was the V1 preamp tube that needed replacing

I don't know if this could be it, but are you running the tube or solid state rectifier mode? I'm wondering if it could have something to do with the rectifier tubes.
