Hey guys, Looking for some opinions on the Mark V.
I have been playing and gigging heavy with my F-100 head for about 5+ years now. I have loved it the whole time. Great clean and nice thick crunch. I play in a rock cover band coving hits from the 70's right up to current stuff. Female lead so lots of pop rock stuff (Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson) and 80's (Blondie, Fleetwood Mac). So I need some versatility to go from clean to crunch to lead. We even cover some GnR and Metallica so we cover it all!
The first mark head is due to arrive at my local dealer (finally) by Mid October. Always slow to get new gear up in here (Canada).
So I am looking for opinions on the Mark V as an upgrade from the F100. F100 has had some issues lately plus I am looking to add some more tone. Is the Mark going to give me that "Rock" tone I love in the F but take it to the next level with the three channels and the EQ? Or is it going to be a different animal all together.
Any thoughts or opinions are welcome!
THANKS.
Jeremy
