Tubes for MARKIV

Hello..This board is awesome..
im sure this subject has posted a million times.But anyway id like some opinions on what tubes to retube my markiv with.I love Richie Kotzen.have his sig tele so thats the kind of tone i like..

Id was thinking maybe sed wingedC for power and maybe a nice NOS for V1 and V3 Anyone have some thoughts

I've had great luck with vintage preamp tubes, especially Tung Sols. Sylvanias and RCAs are good too.

I think Winged =C=s are a great fit for a Mark IV. Make sure you buy from a solid dealer who understands how to match the tubes to your amp (Doug's Tubes, Tube Store, EuroTubes to name a few). But, my favorites are STR 420s and 5881s. The amp was supposedly designed around 420s, but they are hard to come by and I've heard they don't last as long as other models.
