Triaxis sticky button

Hello all
I have just joined so please go easy on me. :lol:
My Triaxis seems to have a sticky button. On any preset, the "middle" button value begins to drop until it gets down to zero. When I push the down arrow on "middle" it seems to stabilise it for a while. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any quicker fixes or is this is major?

Although this is an old thread, my Triaxis 2.0 is doing something similar with the Drive 1 button. After I bring up a patch, the Drive 1 climbs to 10. If I hit the up button, then down, I can get it to respond and decrease the value, but it always climbs back up to 10 a few minutes later.
